eSATA Controller Installation
Turn off the computer and unplug the power source before proceeding with the
PCI-e host adaptor installation.

Making the Connections
Install the PCI-e adapter card into a free PCI-e slot in the computer. The PCI-e
adapter requires a one lane (x1) PCI-e slot, it is compatible with larger x4, x8 or
x16 lane slots.
Attach the supplied eSATA cables to the PCI-e adapter and the disk unit as
shown next.
