Relay Module

his practice decribes the 46032-05 Relay module and sup-
ports installation and maintenance to the change-out level.
The 46032-05 Relay Module uses 16 Form-A (normally open)
relays to control external switching operations. Each relay is
operated by the presence of +5VDC.
The front panel provides 16 LED indicators to visually monitor
the internal relay activity.
This module operates on -21 to -56 VDC input power.

he 46032-05 Relay Module functional schematic is shown in
Fig. 1. Refer to Table A for the individual relay pin-outs.
Relays K1 through K16 have Form-A (normally open) contacts
which provide controlled switching for external applications.
Relay activity is monitored separately by 16 LEDs on the front
panel which light when the corresponding cricuit is energized.
A separate buffer/inverter amplifier is used to operate each
relay. This allows the application of +5 VDC to make the module
TTL compatible.
