5. Place a cleaning card in the hopper, as you would with a regular bill. Press the "START" button if in manual mode.

Run the cleaning card a minimum of 5 times to clean the inside sensors and rollers.

6. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to clean dust left after using the cleaning card and dry the unit by using an air duster.

7. Ensure all cleaned parts are dry of the cleaning agent prior to use.

8. If, after cleaning the unit, issues are still occurring with the machine, please contact Cassida After Market

Techincal Services for further troubleshooting. Be sure to provide the following information:

a. Model

b. Serial Number (label with barcode, back of unit near bottom)

c. Detailed description of symptoms

NOTE:

Several factors can cause a Cassida 6600 to jam

and not recognize genuine bills:

- Overly wrinkled, overly creased, and overly worn,

and vandalized bills

- Foreign objects dropped or run through the bill path

- Dropping the unit or bumping tnto the unit during use

- A harsh change in temperature

- Extended period of non-use

- Improper maintenance or lack of preventative

maintenance /cleaning
