Possible Reason
Left / right installation error
The connection between the
motor and the control board is
broken
Motor fault

Solution
Change the installation
direction according to left/right
installation setting in the
instruction manual
Check the connection between
motor and control board
Replace the motor
Remove the obstacle
Fix the door
