1. REFUELING GAS
1.1. Use only high quality liquid Butane for refueling. Before refueling make sure that gas adjustment lever (8) is in "1" position
and «- GAS +»» switch is at «OFF» position.
1.2. Wait until the torch is cooled down naturally before refilling gas.
1.3. Hold the torch in an upside down position. Insert and press down butane container nozzle into the torch gas filling valve.
1.4. Stop filling when fuel sprays back indicating full inner container.
Note: Do not overfill the gas torch!
2. IGNITION SEQUENCE
2.1. Move the gas adjustment lever (8) from «1» to a position between «2 «and «3».
2.2. Holding the torch in one hand (the tip directed away from you) press the safety switch (children protection switch) with
the other hand and move the ignition button. The torch will start heating. If the torch is not heating repeat the procedure
specified above.
2.3. After ignition press and hold ignition button and simultaneously move the continuous flame button to the right to
«CONTINUOUS» position.
2.4. To turn off the torch move the continuous flame button to the left to "OFF" position and then move the gas adjustment
lever to "1". This will cut off the gas supply and extinguish the torch.

3. OPERATION

Plastic repair using stainless steel mesh:
3.1. Using a mini-sander with 120-180P abrasive, remove paintwork and primer from the area to be repaired and level down
the adjacent area. Sand the surface using fine abrasives.
3.2. Prepare the reinforcing steel mesh – using snips cut it into strips of the needed size about 12-25 mm wide.
3.3. Switch on the torch as described above in section 2 and wait while the torch gets heated. Adjust the flame using gas
adjustment lever (8) if necessary.
3.4. Be aware that the protective cover of the torch gets very hot during use and can cause serious burns if touched by bare
skin. Keep the heated torch parts away from flammable objects.
3.5. Be careful, do not overheat the plastics. Melt the mesh into the area to be repaired. To perform this procedure heat the
mesh and soften the plastic of the panel using the torch, then press the mesh into the plastic. As the melted plastic comes
through the mesh it can be smoothed over with the metal bar (included into the kit).
3.6. If the crack or damaged area is located on a curve of the panel, the stainless steel mesh can be formed to follow the
curve. The intention is to melt the mesh into the plastic and press it below the surface and then smoothen the surface with
a metal bar.
