General safety

The 8c speaker has a self weight of 23kg and the plain stand (without additional sand

added) has a self weight of 12kg. You can fill the stand with sand which increases the weight of

the stand. It is recommended to install the stand with two persons to ensure a safe installation.

Always make sure that the stand with a mounted 8c speaker is installed on a flat and leveled

surface. Always make sure that the mounted 8c is standing on a floor that can hold the total

weight. Do not install the stand and 8c speaker on sloped or damaged floors.

A set, the stand with mounted 8c speaker, will stand firmly on the floor. Side impacts, whether

or not caused intentionally by people, pets or other unpredictable accurentiest, can cause to

let the set fall over. Large forces will make the set fall. SInce the assembled system is heavy

this can be very dangerous. If you feel that your installation might be at risk to such an event,

please take additional measures.

During the assembly of the stand you will be holding and interlocking heavy metal parts.

Please wear building gloves to prevent risk of pinching, cutting or wounding.
