INTRODUCTION

The DVI-7350 HDMI Fiber Optic Extender is compromised of a Transmitter (Tx) unit

and a Receiver (Rx) unit. Together they enable the transmission of HDMI signals

with or without HDCP (High Bandwidth Content Protection) at distances up to 100

meters (330 ft.) without any signal degradation. This makes it an ideal solution for

applications where an HDMI signals must be routed long distances from the source

without introducing artifacts in the image.

Our professional video conversion products have been serving the industry for

several years. DVIGear offers a full line of high quality Video Scalers, Scan

Converters, Analog-Digital Converters and DVI/HDMI Converters, as well as

Signal Switchers and Distribution Amplifiers.

This product offers several unique features:

• Provides flawless transport of digital HDMI signals using commercially

available fiber optic cable at lengths up to 100 meters (328 ft.)

• Detachable optical cables can easily be pulled through narrow conduit and can

be terminated in the field with proper equipment and training

• Supports HD resolutions up to 1080p (8-bit color)

• Support PC resolutions up to UXGA (1600x1200) and WUXGA (1920x1200)

• Supports HDCP compliant devices

• DDC and CEC signals are transmitted over a single CAT5 copper cable, which

also provides external power to both Tx and Rx units

• Includes +5VDC External AC Power Adapter for Receiver Unit
