IV. Light Energizer Program

LIGHT ENERGIZER

uses the blue light to readjust your biorhythm and

melatonin secretion in your body. This program can improves your alertness, mood,

and diminishes drowsiness, also may help to reduce the seasonal depression.

The LIGHT is always On.

And tap the START to

activate the program

Just tap the icon on

top of the App to

select the LIGHT

ENERGIZER program.

Then Tap the

SOUND section to

select the music or

sound you want to

play or none

Press STOP to

end the program

Tap the time section

select 20 or 30 minutes

that suitable for you
