Sealing tape construction

Damit die tc-Rohrverbände mit Hilfe der SRV-M MAXI gas- und wasserdicht verbunden werden können, müssen an den Dichtstellen

Butylkautschuk-Dichtbänder aufgebracht werden.

Hierzu muss man bei den einzelnen Rohrverbänden wie folgt vorgehen:

To connect the tc bundles gas- and water-tightly by using the SRV-M MAXI, sealing tapes of butyl rubber have to be put onto the

sealing points.

Please proceed for the single bundles as follows:

SRV-M MAXI (für SRV-G tc oAm)_Größe 1 /

SRV-G 7x7tc (SRV-M MAXI_Größe 1)

SRV-G 8x7+1x12tc (SRV-M MAXI_Größe 1)

Montage / Installation

SRV-M MAXI (for SRV-G tc oAm)_Size 1

• schwarzes Butyl-Dichtband auf 650mm ablängen

cut black butyl sealing tape on 650mm

• Rohrverband 6-fach mit Dichtband umwickeln

wrap bundle six times with sealing tape

• Dichtbandende fest andrücken

pat down sealing tape end strongly

• graues Butyl-Dichtband auf 340mm ablängen

cut grey butyl sealing tape on 340mm

• Rohrverband 2-fach mit Dichtband umwickeln

wrap bundle two times with sealing tape

• Dichtbandende fest andrücken

compress sealing tape ends strongly

• Dichtbandaufbau am Mantel des Rohrverbandes andrücken

pat down sealing tape construction on the jacket of the bundle

• schwarzes Butyl-Dichtband auf 470mm ablängen

cut black butyl sealing tape on 470mm

• Rohrverband 4-fach mit Dichtband umwickeln

wrap bundle four times with sealing tape

• Dichtbandende fest andrücken

pat down sealing tape end strongly

• graues Butyl-Dichtband auf 150mm ablängen

cut grey butyl sealing tape on 150mm

• Rohrverband einlagig mit Dichtband umwickeln

wrap bundle one time with sealing tape

• Dichtbandenden fest zusammendrücken

compress sealing tape ends strongly

• schwarzes Butyl-Dichtband auf 160mm ablängen

cut black butyl sealing tape on 160mm

• Rohrverband einlagig mit Dichtband umwickeln

wrap bundle one time with sealing tape

• Dichtbandenden fest zusammendrücken
