X Game rUleS
Connect Four is a type of Chess game which is beneficial for testing your
skills. The vertical strategy creates a unique challenge! The object of
the game is to assemble four pieces of the same colour in a line, in any
direction, while keeping your opponent from doing the same.
• There are two players to the game: (P1) player 1 is black and (P2) player
2 is white.
• Player (P1) black, goes first and the player (P2) white, goes second.
Rules of Placement are as follows:
Begin by placing your first piece in one square on the bottom row.
On your next turn, place the second piece beside the first or in an upward
direction (vertically, horizontally or diagonally). Each player takes a turn
and will try to keep the other from getting four of their pieces in a row. If
both players use all their pieces but fail to get four in a row the game fails,
and is over.
X oPeraTIon rUleS
1. Tap " " or " " to select select (P1) black player or (P2) white player.
2. Tap S/P to begin the game. Select the target column and tap a square in
the first row where you want your piece to be placed. If you change your
mind tap UNDO to cancel the move and choose another location. Your
piece will be placed there.
3. If you wish to stop playing or begin a new game, tap MODE. The word
EXIT will show in the matrix screen. Tap EXIT in the matrix screen to
return to the main menu or UNDO to resume the game.
4. When the game is over, tap S/P to begin a new game. Tap S/P again to
start the new game, or tap UNDO to return to the main menu.
5. auto-Saves: The game automatically saves every move made.
Tap UNDO to return the last move completed. Repeat touching UNDO
until you get to the move you want or until you return to the start menu.
6. auto Power oFF: If no move is made in the game after 6 minutes the
unit will go into SLEEP mode. The unit will turn back on at the spot in the
game that you stopped at when you touched the ON/OFF key.
