Repair service, exchange and refund for the product having the

model name Aone are subject to the relevant regulations of each

country.

a) This product warranty is limited and applicable to the Aone

Grill product.

b) Any defect occurring under normal use in accordance with

the User Manual shall be repaired or the relevant product

shall be replaced free of charge for one year form the date

of purchase.

Service Center or other desingated service centers by

region or country for warranty service.

a) Exchange or refund is not available in below cases;

Box has been opened or destroyed

Product is damaged or a part of the product is lost due

to customer's misuse of the product,

Product value has been significantly reduced by the

customer's use of the product

b) Repair service fee will be charged to the customer even

within the warranty period in below cases:

Malfunction or damage of the product caused by the

customer's misuse, error, or neglect.

Malfunction or damage of the product caused by the

repair, disassembly, or modification performed by a third

party other than the designated sevice center.

Upon request for making repair after the warranty period expired, the

customer may bear the burden of repair costs and travel expenses.

a) Dawon E&A Co., Ltd. ("Dawon") or its authorized local

partner companies may use or record customer's personal

information in detail for answering questions, taking care of

repair service, and/or verification of service availability.

b) Dawon and its authorized local partner companies will not

share the customer's personal information with other third

parties except in the following cases;

Repair service or other verification works are left to

other third parties

When required by law
