3. Frame Assembly Continued:

a. Connect the trusses together one by one using the horizontal tubing (purlin) (#4) and bolts (#12).

b. Bolt the slanting support tube (#5) into the two slanting support clips (#6) and bolt together with a

connection bolt (#15).

4. Base plate layout and frame securing:

a. Carefully lift the entire frame by crane and position each base plate. Ensure the edge of the base

plates are at the same length along the container. The distances between every two adjoining trusses

are equal (A=B=C=D=E=F).

b. Weld the base plates to the container top. The welding can go through the 4 holes on each base plate.

c. Weld the small flanges (#21) onto the inside corners of each container. These are used to secure

the roof cover.
