• Not for use in wet, corrosive or aggressive environments.

• PTC heaters are not suitable for series connection.

• Provide a means of disconnection of all poles from power supply.

• Ensure that the unit and its connection wires are secured and

cannot move.

• PTC heaters have a brief, yet high inrush current. This must

be taken into account in dimensioning the back-up fuse.

• A time delay 'T' fuse may be used to avoid false tripping due

to cold starting.
