Installation Instructions

1. Preassemble the new radius bars.

2. Insert the two black rubber bushings into open end of the radius bar. Mare sure to add a little grease

to the bushings, this will make the installation easier.

3. Next insert one sleeve in to the bushings.

4. Now thread the jam nut onto the heim joint. Run it all the way down to the bottom of the threads and

screw the heim joint into the radius bar

5. Once you have preassemble the radius bars, jack up the rear of the UTV enough so that the rear arms

drop to full extension and the tires are off the ground.
