2. Battery Installation

 Hold the controller with the battery compartment facing

you (part 5).

 Remove the battery compartment cover.

 Connect a 9V battery to the battery connector.

 Insert the battery in the compartment and press down

the battery compartment cover.

Always insert the front part (1) first and then

press down the rear part.

 Attention: Ascertain that the battery compartment is dry

when replacing the battery.

 Use an Alkaline battery only.

3. Controller Installation

 Attach the tap joint adapter (part No. 1 in Page No. 1) to

the tap's orifice and turn the adapter counter clockwise,

until completely locked. Hand tighten only.

 Join the irrigation system to the outlet of the controller

(part No. 4 in Page No. 1).
