5.1.

ADJUSTING LS-PRESSURE

If your system requires LS-pressure adjusting, adjust the differential LS pressure by the

regulator incorporated in the hydraulic pump. The regulators place may vary between

pump models.

1 = LS-pressure regulator

1. Install pressure gauges to the pressure line (P) from the pump and to the LS-line.

Calculate the LS-pressure from the pressure differentation between the gauges.

Example:

LS-line gauge = 210bar, Pressure line gauge = 230bar

LS-Pressure = 230-210 = 20 bar

2. Start the engine of your base machine and set it up to the required RPM level needed

for yout hydraulic system to operate. Start the hydraulic system.
