1.
Before you start Aurora Vision, have the trainee wear the headset and
stand in the center of the play area. This becomes the center of the VR
environment and sets the height in the VR.
2.
Set up your play area again. On the VR console, open the VIVE Console app,
click
and then select
A lesson or practice module is locked.
1.
Make sure you are logged into your profile.
2.
Complete all previous lessons and practices to unlock new ones.
One or both controllers doesn't work.
1.
On the controller, press the VIVE button to turn it on.
2.
Replace the two AA alkaline batteries.
3.
Re-pair the controllers.
4.
Restart the SteamVR app.
5.
Restart the VR console and Link box, and relaunch the Aurora Vision.
I can't see or hear anything in the headset.
1.
If you can't hear anything, make sure the volume level on the VR console is
not 0 (zero).
2.
Make sure that the headset cable is plugged in correctly and the headset is
turned on. The headset LED light should be green.
3.
Check that the Link box and other cables are plugged in correctly.
4.
Plug the USB 3.0 cables into different ports.
5.
Restart the headset. In the SteamVR app, right-click on the headset icon
Reboot VIVE headset
and select

Restart the VR console and the Link box, and then relaunch the Aurora
Vision.
My wireless mouse and keyboard are missing clicks, keystrokes,
or lagging.
This may occur if the keyboard or mouse's wireless dongle is plugged into a
USB port too close to the Link box USB's port on the VR console. Plug the
dongle into a slot in the top row of the VR console and plug the Link box USB
cable into a slot in the middle or bottom row.
