Exhausted filter socks
Worn impeller
Solution
Check unit is plugged in and
switched on
Inside where edger waste pipe feeds
into the Duo, you will find a ballcock
float attached to the main pump. If
comfortable switch off unit and free
the ballcock float from possible
obstructions and check can move
freely
If main pump is constantly running
filtration sock may be full. Empty or
change socks as per page 7 & 8 of
the instruction manual
Check ballcock float is free from
obstruction and can move freely
Empty or change socks as per page
7 & 8 of the instruction manual
Tighten blue collar with wrench
provided
Remove and refit socks to collar as
per page 8 of the instruction manual
Change filter socks
