Pull the chain back and over the rear
drive sprocket on the wheel. Engage the
chain with the teeth.

Take the nut from Stage 33 and place it
onto the end of the shaft.

Slowly turn the wheel to engage the
chain fully with the teeth of the sprocket.

Tighten the nut with your fingers.

Place the left frame half (Stage 51) over
the engine and onto the right frame
half: see Stage 49 and Step 23 for fitting
instructions.

Use the cross wrench to tighten the nut
fully onto the shaft.

When fitting the left frame half this
time, make sure that the pivot shaft is
positioned in the circled hole.

Slide the drive sprocket forward to adjust
the tension of the chain.
