SERVICE
W ARRANTY
Decimator
Design
warrants
that
this
product
will
be
free
from
defects
in
materials
and
workmanship
for
a
p eriod
o f
3 6
m onths
f rom
t he
d ate
o f
p urchase.
I f
t his
p roduct
p roves
t o
b e
d efective
w ithin
t his
warranty
period,
Decimator
Design,
at
its
discretion,
will
either
repair
the
defective
product
without
charge
for
parts
and
labour,
or
will
provide
a
replacement
product
in
exchange
for
the
defective
product.
In
o rder
t o
s ervice
u nder
t his
w arranty,
y ou
t he
C ustomer,
m ust
n otify
D ecimator
D esign
o f
t he
d efect
before
t he
e xpiration
o f
t he
w arranty
p eriod
a nd
m ake
s uitable
a rrangements
f or
t he
p erformance
o f
service.
The
Customer
shall
be
responsible
for
packaging
and
shipping
the
defective
product
to
a
designated
s ervice
c entre
n ominated
b y
D ecimator
D esign,
w ith
s hipping
c harges
p repaid.
D ecimator
Design
shall
pay
for
the
return
of
the
product
to
the
Customer
if
the
shipment
is
to
a
location
within
the
country
in
which
the
Decimator
Design
service
centre
is
located.
The
Customer
shall
be
responsible
for
paying
all
shipping
charges,
insurance,
duties,
taxes,
and
any
other
charges
for
products
r eturned
t o
a ny
o ther
l ocation.
This
w arranty
s hall
n ot
a pply
t o
a ny
d efect,
f ailure
o r
d amage
c aused
b y
i mproper
u se
o r
i mproper
o r
inadequate
maintenance
and
care.
Decimator
Design
shall
not
be
obligated
to
furnish
service
under
this
w arranty
a )
t o
r epair
d amage
r esulting
f rom
a ttempts
b y
p ersonnel
o ther
t han
D ecimator
D esign
representatives
to
install,
repair
or
service
the
product,
b)
to
repair
damage
resulting
from
improper
use
or
connection
to
incompatible
equipment,
c)
to
repair
any
damage
or
malfunction
caused
by
the
use
of
non-‐Decimator
Design
parts
or
supplies,
or
d)
to
service
a
product
that
has
been
modified
or
integrated
with
other
products
when
the
effect
of
such
a
modification
or
integration
increases
the
time
o f
d ifficulty
o f
s ervicing
t he
p roduct.
