Real Speed Does Not Match Display Speed

Did all keys loose function?

Is this a machine that has

just been assembled and

installed?

Yes

Check the console wires.

They should not be crushed,

pinched or cut. Refer to the

photos in section 3.1.

Open the motor cover and press the

increase or decrease speed key. The D2

or the D3 lamps on the motor controller

should flash during the increase or

decrease of speed.

Is the running belt increasing

or decreasing as the keys are

pressed?

Replace the speed sensor.
