IMPORTANTE:

• Lo SPLIT è realizzato nel rispetto delle norme tecniche di sicurezza del comitato elettrotecnico italiano (CEI) ed è conforme alle

direttive europee 89/336; 73/23; 93/68. Queste conformità sono necessarie ed importanti affinchè la serranda motorizzata possa

ritenersi "a norma" ma non sono sufficienti. Infatti, secondo quanto disposto dalle normative di sicurezza l'installazione di una

serranda motorizzata deve avvenire nel rispetto delle norme vigenti.

• GAPOSA declina ogni responsabilità dal mancato rispetto di tali norme.

CONSERVARE QUESTE ISTRUZIONI.

INSTALLAZIONE

Aprire la ruota motrice svitando i due bulloni M8 (maneggiarla con cura

evitando che nei punti di scorrimento e ingranamento si depositi sporci-

zia) e togliere semiruota A (Fig. 1 A).

• Togliere la gabbia a rullini immediatamente sottostante insieme alla

semiruota B (fig. 1 B).

• Effettuare la foratura dell'albero secondo lo schema di fig. 2.

• Collocare lo SPLIT sull'albero inserendo il perno di reazione (il bullone di

fissaggio per lo SQ270 e SQ190) nel relativo foro e fissare la cravatta con

gli appositi dadi e bulloni serrandoli adeguatamente.

ATTENZIONE: nel caso di SQ140 e SQ160, qualora l'albero sia Ø

48mm, aggiungere i manicotti di compensazione (non inclusi, dispo-

nibili su richiesta) (fig. 1 A

• Inserire la semiruota contenente la gabbia a rullini accoppiandola con

l'altra metà. Prima di stringere i bulloni accertarsi che le semiruote

combacino perfettamente; allo scopo, far ruotare leggermente la ruota

avanti e indietro fino a farla ingranare con i pignoni, quindi stringere a

fondo i bulloni.

COLLEGAMENTO DEL MOTORIDUTTORE ALLA SERRANDA

• Controllare che l'ultimo elemento della serranda sia al centro rispetto

alle bandiere laterali (fig. 3).

• Effettuare un foro Ø 10,5 mm sull'elemento stesso in corrispondenza a

quello della ruota motrice e collegarlo allo SPLIT mediante il bullone

posto sulla ruota.

ATTENZIONE: nel caso dello SQ140/SQ160, qualora le scatole porta-

molle siano Ø 220 mm, aggiungere il tassello (non incluso, disponibi-

le su richiesta) prima di collegare la serranda alla ruota (fig. 1 A

COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO

È PRESCRITTO DALLE NORME DI SICUREZZA CHE:

• Il motoriduttore SPLIT venga installato rispettando tutte le norme relati-

ve all'impianto di alimentazione ed antinfortunistiche in vigore.

• A monte del circuito di alimentazione sia montato un interruttore ma-

gnetotermico di tipo regolamentare che deve essere aperto ogni volta

che si accede al motoriduttore o alla sua centralina di comando.

• Il collegamento alla rete e la messa in servizio venga eseguito da perso-

nale qualificato in grado di operare nel rispetto delle norme. Controllare

che la tensione di rete disponibile sull'impianto corrisponda alla tensione

per cui è predisposto lo SPLIT e che la linea sia di sezione adeguata e

provvista di conduttore di terra.

REGOLAZIONE DEI FINECORSA

COME APRIRE IL COPERCHIO FINECORSA (fig. 5).

(Operazione da eseguire dopo che il motore è stato installato e la ruota

motrice collegata alla serranda)

Dei due dischetti quello superiore controlla il finecorsa discesa mentre

quello inferiore il finecorsa salita.

A serranda chiusa regolare il finecorsa discesa allentando il pomello

zigrinato e girando il dischetto superiore portandolo, rispetto all'indice,

in prossimità dello zero fino a sentire lo scatto (click) del microinterruttore

(vedi fig. 6 A).

Serrare il pomello zigrinato per bloccare il dischetto in quella posizione.

Il finecorsa salita sarà regolato girando il dischetto inferiore fino a porlo

in una posizione intermedia tra la posizione 0 di minima apertura e la

posizione 80 di massima apertura controllata dal dispositivo. Attraverso

una serie di tentativi trovare l'esatta posizione del finecorsa salita. Anche

in questo caso serrare il pomello zigrinato per bloccare il dischetto nella

trovata posizione.

REGOLAZIONE VELOCE

Il finecorsa salita può essere regolato in maniera più rapida utilizzando la

lancetta presente nel dispositivo (vedi fig. 7). Regolato il finecorsa discesa

con la procedura già vista, inserire sul pomello zigrinato superiore la

lancetta portandola nella posizione zero della scala e girare il dischetto

inferiore fino alla massima apertura (vedi fig. 6 B). A questo punto alzare la

serranda fino al punto di finecorsa salita e richiuderla.

Dopo questa operazione la lancetta indicherà un valore della scala gra-

duata che dovrà essere riportate sul dischetto inferiore (vedi fig. 6 C). Un

ulteriore ed eventuale tentativo servirà ad affinare la regolazione. Serrare

il pomello zigrinato una volta trovata la posizione di finecorsa.

INSTALLAZIONE DEL FRENO ELETTROMAGNETICO "EF"

Vedi istruzioni specifiche allegate.

CAREFULLY FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR THE SAFETY OF PERSONS.

IMPORTANT:

• Check the shutter in motion and keep persons far from it while in action.

• Frequently check if any loss of balance, signs of wear or damaged wires are shown. Do not use if any repairing or maintenance

is needed.

• The device is not intended to be used by people (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental capabilities are reduced,

or lacking experience or knowledge, unless they have been granted through the intermediary of a person responsible for their

safety, supervision or instruction concerning the use of the device.

• SPLIT is manufactured in compliance with the following European Directives: 89/336; 73/23; 93/68. These compliances are neces-

sary and important in order to make the motorized rolling shutter " in accordance" with the rules but this is not enough. According

to the safety regulations, the installation of a motorized rolling shutter must be accomplished according to several requirements.

• GAPOSA disclaims all responsibility in case these regulations are not observed.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.

INSTALLATION

• Unscrew the two M8 bolts and open the driving wheel (handle it with

care in order not to leave dirtiness in the sliding and gearing parts) and

remove the half wheel A (Fig. 1 A);

• Remove the roller cage with the half wheel B (fig. 1 B);

• Make a hole in the shaft following the instructions of fig. 2;

• Place the SPLIT on the shaft inserting the reaction pin (the fixing bolt

for the SQ270 or SQ190 plus) in the relative hole and fix the fastening

plate with the provided screws and bolts tightening them properly.

ATTENTION: when the shaft is Ø48mm, add the collars with the

SQ140/SQ160 (fig. 1 A

• Insert the half wheel with the rolling cage coupling it with the other

half. Before tightening the bolts, check that the two half wheels match

perfectly; to do this, turn slightly the wheel back and forth till it comes

into gear with the pins, then tighten thoroughly the bolts.

SPLIT/SHUTTER CONNECTION

• Check that the last slat of the shutter is in the center as regards the side

bearings (fig. 3).

• Make a hole Ø 10,5 mm on the same slat in correspondance with the

hole on the driving wheel and connect it with the SPLIT through the

bolt on the wheel.

ATTENTION: with the SQ140/SQ160, in case the spring box is Ø 220

mm, add the compensation sleeve before connecting the shutter to

the wheel (fig. 1 A

WIRING CONNECTION

ACCORDING TO THE SAFETY RULES:

• The SPLIT motor must be installed in accordance with all the norms into

force relative to the power supply installation and to the prevention of

accidents;

• A magnetothermic switch must be installed at the head of the power

supply circuit to be opened each time that the gearmotor or its control

unit needs to be accessed;

• The electrical connection must be performed by qualified technicians

able to work in compliance with the norms. Check that the main voltage

supplied to the system corresponds to the voltage required by the

SPLIT. The system must be provided with the ground wire and the wire

section must be also controlled.

LIMIT SWITCH ADJUSTMENT

HOW TO OPEN THE COVER OF THE LIMIT SWITCH (fig. 5).

(This operation must be performed after the motor is installed and its

driving wheel is fixed at the shutter).

The limit switch is made by the two white dials you find opening the

black cover. The upper dial controls the down limit switch while the

down dial controls the upper limit switch.

With the shutter closed, you must adjust the down limit switch un-

screwing the knob and turning zero on the upper dial towards the index

until you hear the click of the microswitch (fig. 6 A).

Then you have to tighten the knurled knob to lock the dial in that posi-

tion.

The upper limit switch is set by turning the lower dial to an intermediate

position between the minimum opening setting 0 and the maximum

opening position 80 controlled by the device.The exact position of the

shutter will be found on the basis of trial and error. Here again, the knob

must be tightened to secure the dial in the exact position required.

SWIFT ADJUSTMENT

The upper limit switch can be adjusted more quickly by using the pointer

included in the device (Fig. 7).

Once the down limit switch has been set according to the procedure

previously described you place the pointer on the upper knob,moving it

to the zero position on the scale, and

turn the lower dial to the fully opened position (Fig. 6 B).

At this point, raise the shutter to the upper limit switch required and

then lower it again. After this operation, the pointer will indicate a value

on the dial that must be repeated on the lower dial (Fig. 6 C). Repeat the

procedure once more to fine the adjustment. Do not forget to tighten the

knob once the limit switch has been found.
