Recipes
Very Berry Banana:
Makes two 4oz. servings. What you will need:
• 4 fl oz. orange juice
• 4 strawberries, diced
• ½ banana, diced
1. Dice fruit into small (¼ inch) cubes and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
2. When fruit is chilled, place in Smoothie Maker, add the orange juice
and blend it for 5 minutes.
3. Add ¼ cup of crushed ice (for best results use small pieces of crushed
ice) after blending juice and fruits and blend for an additional 2 to 3
minutes.
If you would like a more smooth drink, blend for additional 2
minutes then pour into a glass & decorate with the extra chopped
strawberries.
If you would like to make ice pops, blend to a rough consistency,
then pour the mixture into the ice pop molds, ready for freezing.
Ask an adult to place the ice pop mold in the freezer and leave
until completely frozen.
