Select the desired plate and confirm with the "CONFIRMATION RECIPE" icon (Figure 5). the

cooking parameters are then displayed. Start the cooking process with the "Start" icon.

 Elimination of a recipe:

Apply the same procedure for the selection of the recipe, identified which you want to

delete, select and press the trash can icon (Figure 5). The display shows the message

"SELECT THE RECIPE TO DELETE", then select again, and you will see a new message

"CONFIRM CANCELLATION OF -NAME RECIPE-?"

We confirm with the "OK" icon and the recipe is deleted by selecting "CANCEL" will

cancel the operation.

• Manual cooking:

From the Home menu (Figure 1), select the "MANUAL COOKING" icon. It then opens a

new menu where you can manually set the cooking parameters, therefore without the

use of stored recipes.
