[2]-1. Armature
DISASSEMBLING
(1) Remove Holder caps from Housing set by prying them up with a thin slotted screwdriver. (Fig. 1)
(2) Remove Carbon brushes.
(3) Loosen M4x8 Thumb screw, and then slide Shoe plate in direction of arrow 1 , after that, remove Shole plate in
direction of arrow 2 . (Fig. 2)
Note: It is not necessary to separate the screw from the machine.
(4) Remove M4x8 Countersunk head screw. Shoe support with M4x8 Thumb screw and Shoe plate are removed. (Fig. 3)
(5) Remove Collet nut with the removed Shoe plate, and then separate Collet cone from Spindle complete. (Fig. 4)
(6) Remove four 4x25 Tapping screws, and then separate Armature with Bearing box complete from Housing set. (Fig. 5)
