the product.

WARNING

Assemble the item on a soft, non-abrasive surface, such as carpeting, to avoid damage.

Item is heavy. Handle with care.

Two adults may be needed to assemble.

CAUTION

Recommended maximum sitting weight for the chair is 250 lbs.

PREPARATION

Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with

package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not

attempt to assemble the product.

Tools Required for Assembly (included): Hex Wrench and Open Hex Wrench.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Place the seat (A) onto the base (B), aligning

the holes. For each hole, from top insert a

bolt (AA) through a metal bracket (BB),

through the action bracket of the seat (A),

through the connect bar of the base (B),

through another metal bracket (BB), through a

lock washer (CC) and secure with a nut (DD).

Hand tighten only.
