5. Trouble-Shooting

Problem

Pump is running,

but doesn't deliver.

Pump doesn't start or

suddenly stops during

operation.

Pump runs, but output

suddenly decreases.

If any other faults occur, please contact GARDENA Service.

6. After Operation

Putting into Storage:

Disposal:

(in accordance with

directive 20002/96/EC)

Probable cause

Air cannot escape, since

pressure line is closed.

Air locks in suction base.

Suction base

clogged.

When starting the pump,

the water level faIls be-

low the min. water level.

Thermal overload switch

has switched the pump

off due to overheating.

No power.

Suction base clogged.

➔ To protect the pump from frost damage, store the pump in a

dry place.

Unit may not be disposed of with normal household waste but

must be disposed of in accordance with environmental

regulations.

Remedy

Open pressure line (e.g. kinked

pressure pipe).

Wait for max. 60 seconds

until the pump deaerates auto-

matically over the vent valve.

Clean suction base (see

point 4).

Submerge pump deeper

(see min. submersion depth,

point 7).

Disconnect plug and clean

turbine (see point 4). Observe

max. liquid temperature (35 °C).

Check fuses and electric

connections.

Clean suction base (see

point 4).
