shows the simplified block diagram of the evaluation board and the applied circuit designed by Vincotech. It consists
of a Vincotech flowPACK1 H6.5 module in a single phase H6.5 3-Level topology. The module has six 650V IGBTs and five
diodes. The modules that can be used in this evaluation board come in three current ratings:
