GT541 INSTALL PROCEDURES

Machine Weight 220 lbs.

Crate is shrunk wrapped and strapped

1. Remove wrap and straps

2. Remove Top - first remove clips that holds top in place.

3. Remove card board internal sidings

• Remove thin cardboard top

• Remove accessory box

• Thin boards go on left and right sides of machine

• Thick boards go on Front and Back side of machine

• Remove box sides – surrounding of crate – first remove clips that hold

bottom in place.

• Remove plastic wrap from machine

4. Unscrew 4 screws from 2x2's that secures machines to pallet.

• Lift machine to table top—make sure that table top is strong enough to

hold machine for long period of time, machines weight is 220 lbs so if

table is not strong enough can warp top or break table in long term.

5. Remove 2x2's from bottom of machine when on tabletop.

• Replace screws back on machine after 2x2's have been removed. (Optional)

Install/Training

Follow Install Checklist for set-up

1. Inspect machine and room conditions

2. Level Machine (Pull platen out very slowly for level placement)

3. Open cover - Remove cardboard holder(s) from tubes and maintenance

station.

4. Lower rubber caps by rotating gear on the right side of the maintenance

station, slide head carriage to the center of the machine (this will give you

more room for installing heads)
