CHAPTER 5: DISASSEMBLY

Glass top disassembly:

1 Remove the screws around the hob.

2 Lift up the glass top

Disassembly:

1 Remove connectors UART1 (CN 03) and UART2 (CN 04)

2 Lift it up, paying attention to the springs

Inductor disassembly:

1 Every inductor is fastened with 2 screws.

2 Lift the hob, where inductors are ﬁ xed on.

3 Disconnect the NTC of the Inductor to be removed.

4 Using a screwdriver, detach the wires of the Inductor and remove it.

5 Remove 2 screws ﬁ xing the Inductor to the inner support of the components.

6 Remove the wires.

Fan disassembly:

1 Every inductor is fastened with 2 screws

2 Lift the hob where inductors are fastened to and turn it upside down.

3 Disconnect the mains supply connector of the fan from one of the Power Board

4 Remove 2 screws fastening the fan to the hob

Power board disassembly:

1 Remove the cooktop

2 Lift the hob where the inductors are fastened and turn it upside down.

3 Detach the wires of the Inductors

4 Disconnect the NTC, the Interface wire and the fan (if it is connected to the board interested by the

intervention)

5 Using a small ﬂ at screwdriver, unfasten the heat-sink supports.

6 Remove 2 screws fastening the component.

7 Take out the board.
