3. Install the Valves

Measure the thickness of the ﬁnished deck. If the deck is less than

1-1/4" (32 mm) the dished washer will be required. If the deck is

thicker than 1-1/4" (32 mm) thick, the dished washer is optional.

Move the mounting hardware down one of the valves as far as

possible.

Insert the valve through the opening in the deck from

underneath.

Thread the collar onto the valve from above until it stops.

Pull up the valve assembly and tighten the setscrew in the collar.

Repeat with the second valve.
