Probable Causes
A. No power to the pump motor.
B. Air actuator does not work.
C. Pump motor does not work.
A. Jet is closed.
B. Jets are blocked.
A. GFCI trips.
B. Suction blocked.
C. Jets are blocked.
D. The motor has overheated and
protection device has activated.
A. The pump banding straps that
hold the pump to the bath have
not been cut.

Recommended Action
A. Set or Reset the GFCI breaker.
Check the wiring. If the problem
persists, refer to your installer or
dealer.
B. Check the air tube connections.
Replace the air actuator. Refer to
your installer or dealer.
C. Replace the pump motor. Refer to
your installer or dealer.
A. Rotate the jet trim ring
counterclockwise to open.
B. Remove the blockage.
A. Identify the source of fault and
correct it. If the problem persists,
refer to your installer or dealer.
