3) SEAT SUPPORT:

Remove 1/4" x 5/8" hex bolts behind chair.

Remove 3/4" nylock nut and flat washer. Save

and set aside seat support and all hardware.

5) ACTUATOR:

Remove 3/8" shoulder bolts and nylock nuts from

top and bottom lugs. Slide actuator off of lugs, save

and set aside along with all hardware.

4) CHAIR ARM & CHAIR:

Slide chair arm and chair away from main arm

assembly and set aside.
