4a) SEAT SUPPORT:

Before installing the seat support,

first assemble both plates onto seat

support tube reversed from how

they were for normal configuration.

4b) SEAT SUPPORT:

Once the plates have been installed

for the reverse configuration,

connect the top plate to the chair

arm shaft using the 3/4" nylock nut

and flat washer and connect the

bottom plate to the back of the

chair arm using the 1/4" x 5/8" hex

bolts.
