If you have followed the troubleshooting charts and still cannot solve the problem and start
the air curtain, contact an authorised service center (see the next chapter, 5. SERVICE).
•
Never work on the air curtain unless it has been disconnected from the main power supply.
If you are not sure how to proceed, do not attempt any repairs – bring in a professional!
5. SERVICE
5.1. IF YOU CAN'T FIX THE PROBLEM YOURSELF
If you are unable to solve the problem, contact the supplier or a company authorised by 2VV.
Warranty and post-warranty service is performed by the supplier or one of its authorised service
organisations, a list of which is available from the supplier.
Be ready to provide the following information to your supplier or service center:
- The air curtain's type designation
- Accessories being used
- Place of installation
- Serial number
- Installation conditions (including electrical)
- Period of operation
- Detailed description of the problem
