If the DSR switch appliance is not configured, the IP address must be entered using the console CLI port. Once
the DSR switch appliance is configured, it is accessible by entering its IP address into an Internet browser's
address bar.
The internal web interface utilizes local user accounts for authentication. The default username is "Admin" and
no password.

This release of DSR switch appliance contains the following fixes:
1. The video FPGA would not be disabled if multiple video sessions shut down simultaneously.
2. The appliance did not allow the user to modify local accounts if logged in as Admin with default password
(blank).
3. When the appliance is behind a NAT device, trying to access the webpage through the public address of the
appliance will display only blank pages.
