Connect your computer and all attached devices to their electrical outlets.

If required, verify that the computer works correctly by running Dell Diagnostics.
Removing the cover

a. Remove the screws that secure the cover to the computer [1].
b. Slide the computer cover towards the back of the computer [2].
c. Lift and remove the cover from the computer [3].
