Step 3

Using the Buttonhead Bolt 1/4 x 3/4" ,

bolt the Center Extension with

Acrylic to the Center Arm.

Step 5

Secure PS-CTR to Central Support

using Buttonhead bolt 1/4 x 1

For assistance call 1.800.285.8315

Step 4

Lock in PS-CTR to Central Support

using tabs. Adjust the length of the

PS-CTR and tighten Buttonhead

Bolt.
