1. Connect the PowerVaults and 15-Drive DACs to the host
before powering on the host as described in
External Storage Devices to an Archiver, Decoder, or Log
Decoder
Host.
2. Follow the instructions in the Storage Guide for NetWitness
Platform Version 11.5 and Later to allocate storage for your
hardware.
Install PowerVaults and 15-Drive DACs on a Series 5 or Series 6 Host (Mixed
Connect
Mode)
