When a "Filter warning" icon (yellow or red) appears on

the screen and the WARNING FILTER indicator lights or

blinks, clean the filter immediately following these steps:

1. Turn the projector OFF and disconnect the power cord

from the AC outlet.

2. Clean any dust present on the projector and around the

air vents.

3. Pull the filter cover from the projector and remove the

filter form the filter cover.

4. Gently clean the filter using a brush or blower.

NOTICE: Do not wash the filer with water or any

other liquid as this may damage the filter.

5. Reinstall the filter and filter cover assembly into the

projector.

6. Re-connect power cord and turn the projector ON to reset the

filter time using the FILTER TIME function as follows:

a. Press the MENU button to display a menu.

b. Use the

c. Use the

Filter counter.

d. Press the SELECT button to display a dialog box show-

ing the Reset option.

e. Select Reset and to display "Filter counter Reset?" and

select Yes.

f. A second confirmation dialog box appears; select Yes.
