When removing the filter for cleaning,
also clean off any residues of oil or fat
from the now accessible housing to
prevent the risk of these catching fire.
^ Replace the grease filter.
^ Replace the vapour plates.
First, slide the side vapour plates in
at the top, push sideways into place,
and click into place at the bottom.
^ Fit the middle vapour plate into the
slots at the top (1), then click into
place at the bottom (2).

^ After replacing the grease filter, press
the grease filter control for approx. 3
seconds to reset the operating hours
counter.
The indicator lamp will go out.
^ If the vapour plates and grease filter
are cleaned before the operating
hours counter has reached its
maximum, the grease filter touch
control should be pressed for approx.
6 seconds to reset the counter to
zero.
