Incoming:

By creating the incoming rules, you will route incoming calls to specific extensions,

IVR, queues...

1. Click on the INCOMING CALLING RULES in your GUI and create a NEW

RULE. The same way you created a Dial out Rule, you have to create the

Incoming Call Rules.

2. Select the Trunk and set the pattern, time interval and destination in which

incoming call must land.

3. Make a call from outside number or Extension to the analog trunk and SIP

trunk registered with our PBX

4. You are now able to make/receive basic calls through the PSTN/VoIP

PBX.
