Remove the 6/32 stainless steel screw and lift up the stainless steel burner screen. Inspect for blockage or

corrosion. Clean or replace if required. Using #54 drill bit for LP and #48 drill bit for NG, clean the burner

orifices, if required.

Re-assemble – it is recommended to replace the 1" x 1/16 buna o-ring between the hex nuts. Call or use the

manufactures web site for a dealer nearest to you.

Fire unit and observe the flame. The flame should be a lazy yellow flame with some blue at the base and no

visible smoke.
