Once you launch the TechLink program, the login screen shown right will display. Enter your

password (last four of your social security number) in the appropriate fields. Press

Work Order List Screen

After you log in, the Work Order screen shown below

left will load and display a list of work orders assigned

to you.

From this screen, you can access additional information

about a particular work order by clicking on the

line

where the work order is listed. Once an entry is

selected, it will highlight yellow.

You then can click the

View option on the bottom

menu bar, which provides a list of items to access

additional information about the work order selected,

such as matrix codes, manifest comments and store

address information.
