PROBLEM
The Portable Power won't
power my 12V device.
The battery in the Portable
Power won't hold a charge.
or for information about troubleshooting or replacement parts,

The 12V device is not
turned on.
The Portable Power's battery
is not charged.
The 12V device draws more
than 15A or has a blown fuse.
The battery is bad (will not
accept a charge).

REASON/SOLUTION
Turn on the 12V device.
Check the battery charge
status by pressing the Battery
Status button.
Contact a qualified service
technician, to replace the fuse.
Replace the battery.
