Factory Reset

Put back both earphones into the charging case, open the cover and hold the multi-function

button of charging case for 10S until the charging case four LED indicator blinks 5 times at

the same time. This confirms that the previous pairing records have been cleared

successfully, close case. Then follow the "Get Started" page to connect with your bluetooth

device.
