CROSSOVER INSTALLATION

The in-line crossover comes with an adhesive tape on the backside. Remove the backing

adhere the crossover besides the woofer. There is enough space left for the crossover.

The original midrange speaker is held by screws. Unscrew the speaker and replace it with

the new AXTON midrange speaker. Do this on both front door panels.

The tweeter is located behind a cover in the area of the mirror. Remove the tweeter from

the cover and replace it with the new AXTON tweeter. Use a little bit of hot melt glue to fix

the new tweeter.

Now mount the cover including the tweeter back in place. Be sure that the cover fits

perfectly. Do this on both front door sides.

Now run all wires to the designated speakers: WF to the woofer, MID to the midrange

speaker and TW to the tweeter.

Choose one of the provided connecting wires to connect the crossover with the supply

line of the radio.

There is a switch on the crossover PCB to decrease the tweeter volume level by -3dB.
