3. Other Information

3.1. No Any Display On Console(No Power)

Is it a new machine

that just finished

assembly?

Yes

To check the console

wire, it shall not be

crush injuries or

breakage. (See photo

as right side)

3.2. Key Lose Function

Were all keys lose function?

Yes

Turn off the power and

wait for 10 seconds then

turn on. Are the keys

become normal?

Yes

Cause by external noise,

need to find out and

check again in the

further.

※System will not allow the incline keys functional, if did not connect incline motor to motor

driver.

Open the motor cover,

check the pilot lamp

LED1(Green), does it lights

up?

Yes

Open the console cover and

reference to page 6 to

measure the PIN 11 & 12

voltage of upper console wire,

does it have 12V power？

Yes

Replace

console PCB.

Open the console and reference to page

6 to short circuit the pins of console

PCB related to abnormal key. Is it work

or not if use external short control

without membrane or switch?

for example: if speed fast key did not

work, short circuit the pin 2&5 of J2, if

console is good, the speed shall be

change.

Replace membrane key or

switch PCB.
