Workout Mode 
61P  has 2 modes, all‐day mode and work out mode. 
1. 61P  automatically  tracks  your  heart  rate,  PAI  score,  active  calories,  steps,  distance,  and
sleep data in All‐Day Mode
2. To  record  an  activity,  put  61P  into  Workout  Mode  by  pressing  down  the  button  for  2
seconds.  61P  will  vibrate  3  times  and  flash  the  indicator,  then  enter  the  workout  mode.  In
Workout  Mode,  61P  uses  high  intensity  sampling  rate,  capturing  your  heart  rate  every
second.
3. To  end  and  save  the  activity  session,  press  down  the  button  for  2  seconds.  61P  will  exit
Workout Mode and return to All‐Day Mode. 61P will vibrate 2 times and flash the indicator.
