Step
Switch off the voltage supply to the unit.

Disconnect the control lines.

Remove the control electronics by undoing four screws, (see Operating

instructions 3ZX1012-0RW22-1AN1, section 4.4, page 21).
Disconnect the internal wiring of the control electronics.

Mount the new control electronics.

Connect inputs IN1, IN2 and IN3 with the terminal OUT L+DC 24 V (see

Fig., Terminal 11).
Set DIL switch 7 to ON/EIN.

Switch on the supply voltage again —> the specific LED combination
8
shines.
Set LED combination:
Look up the LED combination corresponding to the order number of your

unit in Table 1 (0 = LED off ; X = LED on).
Set this LED combination on the underside of the unit using a
screwdriver:
By turning the screwdriver counter-clockwise you are moving to the
10
right in the table; by turning the screwdriver clockwise you are moving
to the left in the table. To make the correct setting find the next highest
and the next lowest positions and then set the intermediate position.
Switch off the voltage supply.

Connect the control line.

Set DIL switch 7 to OFF.

Switch the voltage supply on —> the control electronics is initialized
14
with the setting you made; after up to 2 s, LED 1 (Ready) shines.
